Private horse barn and indoor riding arena with one level living home

Very nice barn with attached 60x100 riding arena. Barn and indoor were built after I purchased the house, so these buildings are nearly new! Stalls are totally matted including sides. Sand and rubber footing for max comfort. Footing is treated for total dust control. This is NOT a boarding facility. I built this to have my show horses at home with me as I no longer wanted to board. Barn area is heated and does have AC. There is a covered walkway that takes you from main house to barn. You can run out in slippers and robe to feed at night!!
