Through the saloon’s archway is La Cantina, an Old West style Mexican cantina with built in cabinetry, running water and an amazing half bath with custom mural wall. La Cantina also has a custom designed fireplace faced with Talavera Mexican tiles and a mantel created with wood from an 1800’s antique steamship. The sinks in the Cantina and bathroom are also Talavera from Mexico. You’ll find antique tin ceiling tiles in both the Saloon and La Cantina, and all light fixtures are antique or vintage rawhide and glass. A mini-split HVAC system heats and cools both the Cantina and saloon. Outside the cantina and saloon are remote operated hanging lights over an area where an outdoor theatre is staged with a hidden pull-down screen.

Additional to the living and entertaining areas is an electrified custom barn with two large stalls, an 8’ x 14’ tack room, and two paddocks. There is a large sand-surface round pen with ride-out gate behind the barn. The Ritchie automatic waterer, large expanding heavy duty feeder and additional water troughs all stay. The entire property has “no climb” fence and is cross fenced with smooth wire into three separate gated areas. One private gate leads out to the Spring Creek equestrian greenbelt and BLM land.
