Update (7/16):
It’s HERE! Added a new drone video (see Video Tour 1) along with a few aerial stills. The view begins from the back pasture (a little golden as it was freshly mowed), sweeps over the lily pond, and rises up toward the north park frontage.
Update (8/16):
Evenings like this make the pond impossible to resist!
All four seasons have their special moments here. This summer’s evening was one of those- with the work of the day behind it was so refreshing to cool off with a swim in the pond, then gliding across the water in the kayak as the last light sparkled all around..
Update (8/22):
The slightly brisk feel in the air is unbelievable this morning at 72° with only a puffy cloud here and there - it marks the change of season coming.
Update (8/30)
Bad news, good news:
The bad news is that the tractor is still in the shop for its annual refresh and maintenance.
The good news is:
1. The grass has gone to seed, promising fresh green pastures next spring (see new photos at the end above the sunrise pics).
2. The tractor will be fully serviced and ready to work in the spring.
3. Since I’m moving out of state, the tractor will stay with the property— and is included in the sale.
I’ve left the milkweed a little longer because Monarchs have been feeding on it, and with this extended early fall weather, the property is more beautiful than ever. The photos are nice, but walking the land really brings out its full character.
As mentioned, I also added fresh late-summer photos. If you zoom in on the lily pond shot, you’ll spot a blue heron taking flight from the Lilly pads—a reminder that the wildlife here always has surprises.
If you would like to schedule a personal onsite look at the property or a video tour of specific areas, don’t hesitate to call, text, or e-mail.
