The barn includes four stalls, a wash rack, a tack room, a warm room, and additional uninsulated stalls. The facility is complete with its own septic system.
Horse Pens and Hay Shed: Two additional shed rows with horse pens and a substantial hay shed are surrounded by various horse and cattle pens, many with insulated, heated self-waterers.
