The sinks in the Cantina and bathroom are also Talavera from Mexico. You’ll find antique tin ceiling tiles in both the Saloon and La Cantina, and all light fixtures are antique or vintage rawhide and glass. A mini-split HVAC system heats and cools both the Cantina and saloon. Outside the cantina and saloon are remote operated hanging lights over an area where an outdoor theatre is staged with a hidden pull-down screen.

Additional to the property is an electrified custom barn with two large stalls, an 8’ x 14’ tack room, and two paddocks. There is a large sand-surface round pen with ride-out gate behind the barn.
