Auction will be live streamed on YouTube and phone bidding will be available. Anyone wishing to bid by phone must preregister no later than 5:00 PM EDT on Thursday, June 27th, 2024. Phone bidders will be required to leave a deposit in the form of a cashier’s check in the amount of the required deposit on the tract(s) they wish to bid on. In the event the phone bidder wins the bid, the check will be deposited into Hodges Auction’s escrow account and applied to the total purchase price at closing. Good faith deposit will be due from the winning bidder of each parcel as follows:
- Lot 1A - $25,000
- Lot 2A - $25,000
- Lot 3 - $50,000
- Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & Cottonwood 36 - $5,000/each
- Acreage Tracts A, B, C, D, E - $10,000/each
The good faith deposit will be deposited into Hodges Auction’s escrow account and held until closing, at which time a check from the escrow account will be issued and credited to buyer as directed by the closing company.
