Cascade Meadow Ranch is one of the premier horse communities in Central Oregon, and its equestrian facilities are available to members of the homeowners' association and their guests. The remaining 310 acres of the property, and its improvements, are owned and maintained by the homeowners' association, which employs a full-time resident manager and a part-time hand who also lives on the ranch.
