Construction is 10” Ibeam steel trusses, set on 4” square tubing posts with 8” purlin. 2-3” of closed cell foam insulllation wrapped around the walls and ceilings with an additional 4-5” of open cell foam insulation as well. Interior walls that separate living space from bedrooms are insulated as well. Total thickness of walls is 8”. 2x4 walls attached to 2x4 steel purlin. An extremely energy efficient home!
4 barns in three separate pastures. Largest barn is a 100’x54’. Center portion is solid walled with a 14’ high x 12’ wide entry. Ample room to park a semi, truck, or large trailer.
There are 6 12x10 priefert stalls with 10’ pipe runs that connects to a large paddock. The very south barn is 70’x20’ attached to the 150’x300’ arena with return alley and catch pen.
